Per many articles I am reading online cbp won't give any information as to why it was other then standard denial....

Does anyone have any experience on how to find out the exact reason or how to get back in with global entry?

I'm confused, the venture card credits back the $100 cost for global entry. But if each person needs their own membership, for a family of 6 that's still a significant cost even if the spouse is also credited back.

I don't understand. I renewed Global entry and was confirmed without an interview online. My wife renewed and she needs to go to the office. Why the difference? Also, it says on her site that she has provisional renewal- she doesn't need an appt, just show up after an international flight from 5 AM to 10 PM at Newark- where at Terminal B is the office for the interview? Thanks.

Interview upon arrival is at immigration. Use the regular global entry line and tell the agent you're doing interview upon arrival.
