Weirdest thing 5 of us associated with the same address all been revoked the same day.
Per many articles I am reading online cbp won't give any information as to why it was other then standard denial....

Does anyone have any experience on how to find out the exact reason or how to get back in with global entry?

Thanks!
Had the same thing happen to us over the weekend
1 person denied (new application) 5 people revoked, I believe it's previous address associated since my wife is still active but my parents and siblings got revoked
 :( :(
anyone with any info on this ?

Maybe try the CBP Ombudsman, but good luck dealing with the US government

I had previously signed up dw for GE but was unable to find an available appointment so I just signed her up for TSA PRE ✔️ since we rarely fly internationally anyway (+mobile passport). We arrived yesterday in JFK and there was no line for entry upon arrival so figured why not. Problem is they gave her a new KTN and her passport has her maiden name. Anyone know how it works going forward? Does it cancel her first KTN from TSA PRE? Under which name must we book under?
TIA
(Cross posting cause unsure which thread is better)

I recently renewed my Global Entry. Last night I flew home for the first time since and when I went to the machine, it did not recognize me. The Agent said I'm coming up as not enrolled.
When I went to actual passport control and gave my passport, he said it did show up as active.
Anyone have this? Anything to do?
Last night there were no lines so it didn't matter much but I want to make sure it's fixed before next time I fly.

Thanks - was BH notified that I was conditionally approved, but JFK indicates "No appointments available for this location"

BH had my interview today at JFK and have been approved.

Landed in PHL today. They were not doing interviews upon arrival (although I got an email last week stating that they were), and they were being nasty, too.

I have a reservation with myself, my wife and 3 kids.
I have Global Entry, my wife does not (she's conditionally approved but can't get an appt in Newark for weeks already).

Is my understanding correct that I can take all 3 of my kids and their carry on's through Global entry, and just my wife will need to go through security?

Do you mean TSA pre-check? Yes, you can take kids under 18 though TSA with your pre-check. (Not sure when landing back in the states with global entry, i believe each kid needs to be inrollled)

If my global entry expired 3 weeks ago, is there any way to renew/extend it? (I'm flying international tomorrow)

If I renewed my Global Entry and it's stuck in the backlog, do my TSA Precheck benefits stay extended within the Global Entry grace period?

I just realized my venture card includes global entry credit (thanks dan) I assume this only gives credit for one person and if I want to use it for my kids I'd be out a few hundred, right?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

You can buy more credits for $15-20 each on this thread.

With Global Entry up for renewal and only one family member on it. Does it makes to use Mobile Passport Control and apply for TSA Precheck instead ( which everyone in the family has)?
