i applied for global entry months ago. status still says pending review. is this normal?

I just did 7 applications all took around 2 weeks.

And the removed the option to see available dates, you can only access that information when your logged in online.

Longer than this?
Processing times vary by applicant but on average it can take 11 weeks to be conditionally approved. Approved Global Entryprogram applicants have 365 days from thedate of their online approval notice to complete an interview with their nearest enrollment center.

I applied for Global Entry at the beginning of March for me and my 3 kids. My wife applied a week after us. She was approved within about a month. The 4 of us are still waiting.
I e-mailed to ask about the delay and got the standard response that approval can take up to 11 weeks.

Have you visited many countries or not from the US? Or any other answers which will take time to verify?

Nothing complicated. Only visited 2 countries. My wife visited about 7 (including the 2) we visited.

I just got a new passport in the mail today, and when I tried to update my GE information, I got this error:

"We were unable to verify your document. Please correct your document information and click Submit"

My name and birth date match exactly. Is there a lag in when CBP has access to new documents?

Yes kind of weird that it's taking so long, I did it and within a few weeks all my applications were approved.
I guess you got to wait it out.

Just remembered I have a Cuba stamp on one of the back pages

When attempting to renew GE, I get stuck at the Documents page: I entered a valid US passport for proof of citizenship and Proof You May Enter the United States. I tried to proceed to Driver's License page and it brings me back to the Documents.

anyone knows a solution to this?

did you add that on the application ? or you did not mention it ?

for us (wife and kids) we did the "interview" in Terminal 4 JFK, it was a in and out, 5min max .. and didn't check any proof (utility bill/licence) only the first page of each passport to make sure that the number on it are the same as the application ..
