Doesn't make much sense, did you log into your account to see what's what? Tried calling? Emailing them?
Did you try to contact CBP? (not that they will answer you)
Just emailed them."Our average response time for emails is about 10-15 business days, however due to the busy season it may take longer." We'll see what happens...
Thank you for contacting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Information Center. The extended partial government shutdown and the ongoing humanitarian and security crisis on our southern border have resulted in a substantial backlog of CBP's Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) applications and renewals.Applicants for Global Entry (GE), SENTRI, NEXUS and FAST should expect significant delays in application processing times and limited appointment availability at TTP enrollment centers.Answer Title: I have submitted my Trusted Traveler application for review. Did CBP receive my application?Answer Link: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1332You can check the status of your application from your TTP Dashboard at https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/, which is displayed after you login. Please make sure you are logging in with the email address that you submitted your application with.If your application status is "Pending Review" then your application has been received and is being processed. Please note that processing times vary by applicant, but on average you can expect your application to be processed:• Global Entry/FAST: up to 100 days• NEXUS: 3-5 months• SENTRI: 8-10 monthsThis includes vehicle enrollments. Again, these are average times - your application may take a SHORTER or LONGER time to process depending on what the vetting center determines, not when it was submitted. The vetting process cannot be expedited. If you have submitted a paper NEXUS application, you will be mailed a letter by CBSA. Please contact them directly for further assistance: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/menu-eng.htmlIf you submit a renewal application before April 17, 2019 (before your current membership expires) you can continue to use your benefits (up to 6 months past the expiration date) until the renewal is finalized. We recommend you print out a copy of your TTP Dashboard showing that the renewal is pending to show a CBP Officer, if requested. If you submit a renewal application on or after April 17, 2019 (before your current membership expires) or if you are current in the 6 month grace period, then you can continue to use your benefits (up to 1 year past the expiration date) until the renewal is finalized. We recommend you print out a copy of your TTP Dashboard showing that the renewal is pending to show a CBP Officer, if requested.A follow-up interview may be required upon renewal. This is determined by the vetting center and the determination cannot be appealed. After the application has been reviewed, the status will be updated to one of the following three statuses:> Conditionally Approved: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1377> Denied: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1150> Approved: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1292A letter will be posted in your TTP dashboard under Notifications with additional information. If you are conditionally approved, you will need to schedule an interview. You must complete the interview within 365 days of conditional approval or your application will be cancelled and you will need to submit a new fee and application if you still wish to be a member. Please reply to this email if you need further assistance and we will investigate how we may further assist you.Thank you again for contacting the CBP Information Center.** Manage your Trusted Traveler Membership (GE, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST, APEC) through the TTP System at https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/** Information about all of our programs can be found at www.globalentry.gov** Additional information: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/list/kw/Trusted%20Traveler%20Program/search/1NOTE: The answers provided in this forum are for general information purposes only.
