I renewed my membership a few months ago and was approved in January but never received an upgraded card. The old card shows an expiration of July 2019. Are they supposed to automatically send me a new card?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

They are but you only need the card for land crossings, for airports you use your passport.

New card should be in the mail. You will get a new card.

Technically an expired ID is an invalid ID. You might get by with some grace period or warning but officially it is invalid. But yes the number is still the same.

For New York State, If you were already conditionally approved, and had an interview scheduled that was cancelled, are you still conditionally approved or do you have to re-apply for another $100.  We are still within the 1 year permitted to schedule an interview.
I am looking at my account online and it says no applications in progress.  But under notifications, it has my letter from Dec saying i should set up an interview.  I do not see a button allowing me to set up the interview- is that because they are not scheduling any interviews until September or because the whole application was rejected.
Thanks

i had this happen twice to family members, something is messed up in their system. Replacement card costs $25 and there isn't any option for 'never received card". i know its not needed for air travel, but still like to have it.

They are currently listing wait times of 6 months to a year.
Has anyone gotten conditionally approved recently, and when did you apply?
