A relative of mine has had his Global entry revoked, due to him arriving in Israel with too much money. Israel notified the US customs that this passenger left the USA with money over the limit.

Now every time he enters the USA they take him aside.

2  questions:
1) for how long will this stopping him go on?
2) for good long will this stain stay on his record, & he won't be able to have global entry?

You have to update it in the portal with the new passport number. Sometimes you have to show it to them in person, I don't I ever had that, though.
You have to go to a application center and ask them to update it, no appointment needed just ask the agent by the door

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm sure it's a long time. They don't play around. And it's probably not the same for each case

Related is this article, I was wondering how people get caught, and it notes there is a money sniffing dog they have. Interesting.

Its not the same area. Appointments are before security and appointments on arrival are at customs

Interesting that Israeli customs notified CBP

TSA tells CBP when people pass with a lot of cash

Appointments are needed for interviews at the landside office. Arrival ("EOA") does not work with "appointments"

Are there long lines when doing enrollement on arrival? Is it a big deal after getting off a flight or is it right neat the usual customs?
PM me for airline compensation help. Your case is not lost!

Yup, I was told at PHL that they're "not doing it anymore" period, when the website says they are. And obviously, there is no to talk to there.

Hi. I applied online and paid for my application on 1/15/23 and still see 'Applications in Progress' 'Pending Review'. Does anyone know how long this process should take before I hear back from them? I have tried calling and HUCA multiple times and have waited hours on hold only for the call to be dropped once it hits the one hour mark. Any help?

If legal name has been changed, is it necessary to complete a new application?

No, just drop by an enrollment center with the name change document and new ID.
