Who here has stayed at the King David? Any other hotels that are nice, good deals, and shabbos friendly?
Many stay at the Intercontinental.

After reading this forum and doing some research is seems like there are 3 options for Shabbos meals (other than the King David Hotel)

1.   http://www.shelanu.cz/shabbat
2.   http://www.dinitz.cz/en/
3.   http://www.kosher.cz/en/

The price difference between all 3 is that that much. Anyone have any recommendation or info on how they compare?

Did you try the others on shabbos? Was the food better or the atmoshphere?

Didnt like the atmosphere or food on Dinitz and didn't eat in King Solomon for Kashrus reasons.

Does anyone have more info on the Hashgacha and kashrus reliability of King Solomon?

TR from Thursday - Sunday

Arrived Thursday 12pm went to master card lounge (priority pass) upon arrival to shower ordered uber to King David hotel, (uber is half price then regular taxi).

Room wasn't ready so left luggage and went to Chabad (Milchig) got to see the town and learn the map.
Came back to hotel and we were upgraded to a junior suit, was a really nice big room.

Went out later on and we were offered Segway for very cheap as it was already 6pm and they were looking for work, we paid 900 czk per person for 90 minutes.
In middle of the day it's 1650 czk.
He told me he will give same price to my friends.
The company is http://www.2wheelsprague.com +420 777 012 363 call/text/whatsapp

This was our highlight of the trip,
He took us up Letna park, castle and Charles bridge.
We took beautiful pictures.

We ordered "Dushi" for Friday for the Jewish area, I wouldn't recommend him to others.
He charges $80 per hour and a minimum of 4 hours, I didn't really get my money's worth.

For the cemetery it's worth going with a tour guide, others that went alone couldn't find the maharal and not the Kli Yuker.
I enjoyed Dushi very much in the Beis hachayim, but King David hotel has a tour everyday for a fraction of the price.
We also did the museum with him.
We went alone to Spanish synagogue

We went to old/new shul for kabalat shabbos, worth going.

We ate shaboss all meals at hotel, best option.

Went for walk in the afternoon to Charles bridge.

Sunday morning took tram to castle went inside, watched changing of the guards at 12pm.
Walked to Petrin tower, went up,beautiful views.
Mirror maze is a waste of money.

Went down with cable car and took tram (number 9) to the node beyehuda, (right next to TV tower.
It's open everyday of the week 11-4  (Friday I don't remember the hours)
Took metro (A) to Chabad. Ate and took sandwiches for the night.
Went to Chava kadisha building and kloiz shul.
Took a walk next to the water.

Took uber to airport 350 czk instead of Hotel airport service 750 czk.

Opposite the master card lounge there's another one that accepts priority pass (but they don't have showers) it was EMPTY, we were the only ones in the lounge for 2 hours.

It was a very nice trip, very nice city.
If you like history spend more time in the museums and shul... If you like nice views and nifloes harbora, go up the parks on the other side of the water and you will have nice views of the water and bridges.

Depends on age and what your interested in.
Someone that went lately (age 21) told me his highlight was changing of the guards.

I don't enjoy museums, I really liked the segway on letna park and the castle.

Stay at King David, food and minyunim on the spot.

Yes I actually rented an airbnb in the old town square and ate at chabad. The closer option is the Intercontinental

Right that was my question. I booked the Intercontinental, trying to figure if the hotel, or Chabad offers babysitting etc..
