Also, after making a dummy booking on Marriott.com, I got an offer for $200 after first purchase, 2 free nights (up to 35K) after $3K spend, and 1st year fee waived

Just took the plunge.. Not instant, called the line and got 7-10 days. :( :(
I'm scared of even trying to talk to Chase reps these days especially with my app 2 months ago..
