Mastercard Easy Savings for CITI AA card

I tried to register my Citi AA business MC for MC EASY savings, but an error message appears that my card is not eligible. How do I go around this? Is it done by CITI automatically?

I have yet to try buisness cards with DOSH... but the t&c state business cards are ineligible... O wonder if easy savings is the same.

Look at the t&c to see if it is addressed.
