Works fine tested it special for you.

  Make sure your sending a text to number 711711 and in the body of the text write "red", if that doesn't work try texting the word "stop" and then again "red".
  Curios to know what service provider your using? I remember years ago It used to be some phone services didn't allow you to send a short code message but I didn't know that exist still today.
  Like chacha only worked on some phones.

ya ive done it in the past with a different code that it even showed up in my chat history to the same number. maybe since ive done it before, im excluded? im on at&t

Just a word of caution for those that want to hear(if not make the choice to ignore it) speak to your LOR before purchasing a slurpee if you can not verify what mix is actually being used by looking inside the machine. There are known cases of the outside bearing a Coca Cola etc. label while inside a different brand was used( legal difficulties with doing so notwithstanding). This applies even when they have a kosher list near by (as I was advised by my local Kashrus expert). Be an informed consumer.

officially they use the syrup of the posted brand, however, in actuality there is no guarantee that they are. There are many, many off-brand syrups, they just can’t use the name “slurpee” as it is trademarked by 7-11.( do a quick google search for slushy syrup or snow cone syrup etc)

7-11 would let them use an off brand?
I've gotten many coke slurpees in many 7-11's and I would be able to tell if it wasn't really coke. I've had ones that weren't mixed well, but never tasted different than coke. The flavor is just too unique to fool people. Other flavors like cherry etc. might be different.

no afaik 7-11 does not allow them to switch, but is that enough to rely on? Ask your LOR or kashrus expert. Btw your “taste test” is not exactly a reliable factor as flavor is less distinct in frozen foods.

At Speedway I actually had one free slurpee coupon in my account valid till 7/10, another coupon in the app till 7/10, and another one today free with no account required!
