Is there a list of mehadrin restaurants in Israel?
Here's for Jerusalem:
http://www.kosherinjerusalem.com/where_to_eat/mehadrin_restaurants

Again, not all are necessarily recommended (food wise and hashgacha wise)..

Edit:
From Google - https://www.rest.co.il/kosher-restaurants/israel/kosher-lmehadrin/

This thread's Wiki is sorely missing recommendations...maybe time for a thread split.

Every city has their own rabanut mehadrin. Are they on a level of the OU in the US?
Beit Yosef?
I never spent time in Israel other than short vacations here and there, why would I have a Rov there?

Never have any issue when I go to Chicago, LA, Miami, Toronto, etc. The major hashgochas are all acceptable and life is simple.
I lived there for a few years and ate rabanut mehadrin on milchigs only, as you canít quite go wrong with it if itís chalav yisroel...on meat Iíve heard far to many stories to trust them.def not ou level of no nonsense. Bet Yosef doesnít have a very good reputation from what I heard..all the others are fine(badatz shearis Rubin machpud etc.)Non mehadrin is not worth the paper itís written on, itís not always glatt.
All the others I ate, מחפוד instructs his mashgichim to tell ashkanizim if itís אחוריים but ime they donít always remember, you could always ask the waiter.

Try israelkosherdining.com or ask on the wine or restaurants Facebook groups for mehadrin recommendations.

Each rabanut will be different just like each local vaad. You happened to choose cities where you are willing to rely on the local vaad. Not every vaad is as reliable and you may not always be able to find info on them.

The CRC has a good database on local Vaads in the US and pretty much everyone relies on it.
Where is the equivalent for Israel?

The actual ingredients tend to he the least of the issues in Israeli restaurants.
For starters you can take the biggest issue here, bishul akum.

Is there a list of mehadrin restaurants in Israel?

Even this is not so simple. Many hashgachas that call themselves mehadrin e.g. Rabanut mehadrin, you wouldn't necessarily consider mehadrin. I moved here 6 months ago, and I still don't know which hechsherim i can eat :) :(

The worst part about hechsherim here is you can ask 100 charedim  if a particular hechesher is good, and 50 will say no, and 50 will say it's fine and  the others won't eat it because of politics.

The CRC has a good database on local Vaads in the US and pretty much everyone relies on it.
Where is the equivalent for Israel?
There are Israeli organizations who keep lists of the fully reputable hechserim but you won't like the list, at all.
The Americans are the ones the want it. It was tried and failed, they got too much backlash I believe.
The difference I believe is that Americans want to believe everything is good while israelis want to believe it's all bad.
How many people here actually researched the restaurants internationally when going on vacation? In Europe, Asia, Africa? From what I picked up in conversations I'd say an extremely small percentage. While charedi israelis will challenge the kashrus is a Rubin restaurant. Is that a bad mentality? Maybe, but that's not what we are discussing now.
I'd say the complicating cause is the people, on both sides of the spectrum and not the organizations themselves.
The average American has no idea specifically why he doesn't eat the hechserim that he doesn't eat besides for the fact that the CRC  says so on their site. So how do you expect to take that lack of knowledge and somehow figure out what you eat in Israel when you don't know what standards you eat. Does the fact the rabbanim here can't tell you what's on the Kof-K standards in Israel make it complicated? Because it's a foreign country and there is no American committee paid and  dedicated to spoon-feeding info you want to hear? Sit down with your local rabbi and come up with a list of your priorities and standards and I'll give you a list of hechserim that claim to follow those.

If you want to see the biggest issues they have you can look at the list of what KFI was targeting.
