Trying to figure out what the big deal is with the "ZNT List"
Its basically Eida, Rubin, Landau, Badatz Tzfas, A local Hechsher in Chaifa and Ashdod + ONE place each in TLV, Hertziliya, Zichron
Oh, and you can eat in Ikea (but no other Kehilos place )

It's sold as a comprehensive list of acceptable places across the country that they checked out for Chutznikim...

I thought he also has a few Agudas Yisroel places which he personally recommends (like Sheyan)

I’m looking for a cheap place to eat that is not in the schmaltz.
Unfortunately machpud doesn’t make the list for my friend.

The one at the kotel is petach tikvah I am wondering if it is the same. I tried calling but no answer.

I sent them a message on their customer service page. We'll see if they answer "within 3 business days (!)".

the list(s) that have been posted here that dont generally recommend Jerusalem Rabanut Mehadrin is that for milchig restaurants as well?  how much can go wrong? what are they not makpid on that we generally are makpid in the USA(those of us that rely on OU, OK, Star-)?

In general parve and milchig are more accepted then meat but even then id depends on the exact community

1 generally most heimush places in the US don't have tmidi eitherway
In Jerusalem mehadrin (at least for dairy) you do not need tmidi only at least 1 fully שומר שבת  person who will close ovens etc
2 this is somewhat true (again everywhere) but when it means is that often they will take into account what the product in question is how complicated it is to produce what in contains versus a blanket yes or no based on who supervised the product
3 in Jerusalem there are only about 3 distributors who deal with mehadrin produce
Generally the mehadrin list is almost the exact list of rav efrati and rav rubin as such if the delivery was mehadrin you are not relying on the mashgiach to do anything with trumah and masros
Wasn't asked but in Jerusalem almost all leaves are greenhouse (even in many rabanut stam places) so that is not a major issue
once again I am not advocating for them just explaining their standards and the logic of why people rely on them
