How much does he stand to loose by juts adding Rabbanut?
It seems like he has a lot more to loose if he gets caught the way he is now?

Why don't you first verify that the theory is true? (do resturaunts sometimes only have badatz and not pay rabbanut and would have a reason to hide their badatz for some strange reason)

To be fair, this is more like a kiosk than a restaurant. There's no seating or indoor space.

Shmaltz is having Pesach catering and takeout under Rubins hashgocha. I never had them for pesach catering but for year round they are great.

To be fair, this is more like a kiosk than a restaurant. There's no seating or indoor space.

That place has the weirdest hours for a coffee shop, officially only opens at 11am. When I was in Jerusalem in the summer, I walked past many times and it was never open. It was so strange.
It boggles my mind that you cannot get a normal iced coffee or cold brew in Israel!

You can get american style iced coffee in most places
