Maybe the sugya needs to be taken apart more in depth. What exactly is Rab Jlem Mehadrin ? Is it cholov yisroel ? By which sect is it accepted? Chabad? Sfardim? Chassidim? I don't know all the names to list.

Everything is P"Y, C"Y, B"Y, and shmita maisros/teruma l'chumra. I'm not aware of sect-wide acceptance in Israel for anything except perhaps Rubin. I suppose that the more charedi you are, the less likely you will eat it.
Bottom line is AYLOR, as you won't get real answers for this on the internet.
