It's not that simple. There are 2 parts to every hashgacha. 1) The standards they claim to hold. 2) How well they enforce those standards. It's almost impossible to know the answer to number 2 even if you know the answer to number 1. Many Rabanim (unless they work in hashgacha) wouldn't even know, and many therefore only eat Eida Hacharedis and Landa and not much else.
There is a reason I wrote "claim". Whether you believe it or not, the American hechserim lists are based mostly on standards they claim to hold and not on the actual physical masgiach in store.
