Sorry but skyline can’t compete with the second tier NYC restaurants and putting it in the same league as Mikes and RC is comical
I'd say it's definitely on par with second tier NYC restaurants

Wasn't my experience at all, maybe I went on a quite night. Although I'll admit ambiance is not their strongest suite.
Wouldn't say it can compete with any US restaurants, Its Israel after all
In Israel I would say its is considered a better restaurant vs. the options available in Israel.
Quality of the meat isn't the greatest, Restaurant setting is about 9 foot ceilings
so how exactly are you comparing this to UN grill?
I found it to be in a league of its own compared to the other meat restaurants (I've tried) in israel.  Is it r.c. or Mike's, maybe not. But I'd go there any day over le marais.
After trying other highly rated meat restaurants in israel my expectations were not too high in fact I really wanted to go to dairy but my wife wasn't in the mood for dairy.  i was pleasantly surprised. Their cocktails were great. Dishes were unique with thought out pairings and food all taseted great. It

Skyline vs. Noya vs. Red Heiffer vs. Entrcote:

Which do you recommend in terms of food and ambience?

And are some of these places pricier than others? Thanks.

Skyline is much better in every way except the fact that there are a lot of frummies.

1)Skyline
2) Noya
3)Red Heiffer
4)Entrcote:

In terms of food I'd probably rank them 1-2-4-3 though I found Noya to be pretty simple.

Pricing from low to high I think would be 2/4-1-3

Ambiance best to worst based on the times I was there would be 2-1-3-4 IIRC.

Was at Red heifer yesterday was pretty empty and quite. It was a very nice experience and good food. It is however very pricy.

Another very good option is Sheyan and I would highly recommend it. It’s the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The chicken pieces were  cut very appetizing and clean. I spent half the money I spent in Red Heifer. Ambiance was very nice as well.

Was at Muscat last night wasn't impressed at all. Went to   Burger bar on Beis Hadfus and it was amazing.
