Tried Skyline tonight and it was amazing food. It is on the small side but the view from up there is very nice.

Was at Red heifer yesterday was pretty empty and quite. It was a very nice experience and good food. It is however very pricy.

Another very good option is Sheyan and I would highly recommend it. It’s the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The chicken pieces were  cut very appetizing and clean. I spent half the money I spent in Red Heifer. Ambiance was very nice as well.
+1 about sheyan

Question about Shabbos meals:
I know that Waldorf has meals. That thread has info on pricing, and mixed reviews.
I presume King David, David Citadel, and other have similar options for Shabbos meals -- we are staying at the TRYP, which does not.
Are there any other places I can pre-pay for Shabbos meal, esp. Friday night?
Traveling in a few weeks...

Waldorf, David Citadel and Lenordo have the option to order meals for Shabbos. Lenordo is your cheapest option and they have good food.

I got pargiyot with mashed potatoes and my wife got veal Schnitzel. They were both great options. We had a mushroom soup which was great and dessert as well.

By Leonardo, I presume you mean the Leonardo Plaza on King George, near the Great Synagogue, right?  Do you happen to know their pricing? Similar to the Inbal (see post above)?

FWIW, I stayed there in January 2017 and very much enjoyed their breakfasts.  Food was plentiful and tasty. Service was generally good, sometimes excellent.  I suspect those are favorable predictors for what Shabbat meals are like.

The setting is not as luxurious as the Waldorf, of course, but the “soft product” seemed competitive.

Haven't been there, but ordered via app. Food was very good and decently priced.
Not big on chinese cuisine so I don't know if this is standard, but the menu is only woks. A few different variantion with optional additions.(Maybe in the store there's a wider variety)

What hashgacha is Eli's?

Are there any sit down place that is certified by Eida (other than Hadar geula)?

I'm pretty sure there's some dairy restaurant in geula. Forgot the name of it. Perhaps portobello? Something like that I think
