And prob no chance of finding anything at hotel breakfasts in Tel Aviv…

Wow, major bummer about Alter native! Been going there since 2007.
Why do you think you can't find mehadrin food at hotel breakfasts in Tel Aviv? Talk to the mashgiach about the products?

Milchik- Luciana, Nachman, Mistabra, Gan Sipur, Fiori, Hamesila, Kaffit shlomtzion, Craft Pizza, LA Piedra.

Fleishig- Skyline, Hatch, Shmaltz, Yama.

Fast food- Agadir burger, Zalmans, Shalom Falafel tachana merkazit, Falafel Ben Yaakov golda next to pyup, most of the new chips places are decent, Sams Bagels, Mister Bagel (shefa upstairs).

Thursday night cholents etc- Yossale on Elkabets, Pickadeli on Tuval (great lamb cholent), Eli Davis near tachana merkazit.

Delivery only-very good Asian sushi and fleishig - Sushi Yoyo

Bet Yosef (a mehadrin hechsher that many sefaradim use) relies on heter mechira because Rav Ovadia relied on it.

I didn't know that. I avoid Bet Yosef (IMO worse than Rabanut). I wasn't saying that all Mehadrin don't have heter mechira btw, I was saying all the restaurants are Mehadrin AND don't use HM.

Milchik- Luciana, Mistabra, Craft Pizza, Gan Sipur, Nachman, Fiori, Hamesila, LA Piedra, Kaffit shlomtzion. Hachamama in Gush etzion.

Fleishig- Hatch, Skyline, Shmaltz, Yama.

Fast food- Agadir burger, Falafel Ben Yaakov golda next to pyup, Mister Bagel (shefa upstairs), La Delicatesse on bet hadfus (amazing French charcuterie sandwiches /toasts/ boards, very reasonable prices), Shalom Falafel tachana merkazit, Zalmans, most of the new chips places are decent (best is original Mister Chips past tachana merkazit), Sams Bagels. Hummus Haaretz in Gush etzion.

Thursday night cholents etc- Pickadeli on Tuval (great lamb cholent and smoked meat), Yossale on Elkabets,  Eli Davis near tachana merkazit.

yeah. the list at the begginning of this post is amazing for Jerusalem but is completely lacking for the rest of Israel. can we all get together to get a list and details of places all over the whole country such as teveria (tiberias), Tzefas, Meron, afula, netanya, haifa, naharia, benei braq, ashdod, ashkelon, moddiin and kiryat sefer, bet shemesh, beitar, beer sheva and eilat?

ok sounds good. The truth is i dont get around alot and i dont know whats open since corona hit but...

Theres Halo Teiman by the enterance to bene braq, i think its machpud, and i remember it being some very tasty shwarma. There is also a shwarma/falafel place on rabbi akiva, i forgot the name, but i believe it was a landau hechsher and was also pretty tasty.
Bet shemesh has a halo teiman in kanyon neimi, a mall in the center of town, and i believe its kehillos not machpud. near big, the large shopping center off the 38, (the road off the 1 connecting jerusalem and tel aviv,) is a place called mesubim, hechsher rubin, and while its more upscale fleishigs, its very worth it.
netanya i believe has food for purchase in the galei tzanz hotel. i never went there so i dont know any details.
teveria had a great milchig resturant called cherry but it closed
beitar has a fleishig "resturant" in the "ran shopping center" thats overpriced. rubin hecher i think. theres also a meshulashim in betar, a pizza resturant which is pretty tasty and is priced well.

Finally returned to Harvey's in their new location, and was still very good.
And if driving up the Jordan Valley, Cafe Rotem has amazing views, very nice seating area, and a unique very good menu.

Yolo bakery/cafe on kiach close to the shuk is very good.
Good pizza, good cakes made on site for 25sh, etc
