If such a thing exists in Israel I'd love to know.
Orthodox is a rather large umbrella. And there is no CRC type of comprehensive mainstream acceptable hechsher list for Israel.

Go to Hatch, it's very popular among much of the yeshiva crowd
there are other places with mehadrin or mehuderet in the shuk area as well

Off the top of my head,
Hatch (Homebrew beer, wings, etc), Craft Pizza (artisan pizza), and Knafeh Jerusalem (incredible pastry dish with toppings and ice cream) are JLEM Rabanut mehadrin/Shmita L'Chumra
Aieesha (felafel, sabich, etc) and Crave (Burgers, onion rings, etc) are JLEM Rabanut Mehuderet/Shmita L'Chumra

Most other places are regular rabanut/heter mechira, but I'm sure I'm missing several other mehuderet and mehadrin places.

As for what's acceptable, GL

need a better definition of that as well.  Where I come from that means everything including Lighthouse Kosher , IKC, and just eating out vegan. That accounts for 30-50% of the Orthodox shul membership in our neck of the woods.

The shchitas they allow. Mehuderet allows anything thats rabanut chalak. Mehadrin only 3 or 4 shchitas.

Solid food, interesting menu, busiest place in kikar musica.
They give 2 hours at the table, worth maximizing during the live music.
