Update - I ended up going to Leonardo for Shabbos Lunch. Trying to reserve a meal was a nightmare (not answering calls, differing information). They wouldn't do a reservation over the phone, made me come in person to reserve and pay. 280 shekels per meal.

The actual meal itself was really great though. Good mix of quality food and plentiful. Buffet with no lines (place was maybe 1/3 full). You have to pay extra for soda (which they charge to the room if you're staying there) but were nice and ended up giving to us for free.

Would go again.

We were all adults (over 16), not sure if there's a cheaper price for kids

How do you define lechumrah? Many different levels, both of policy standards and oversight/enforcement standards. (Bnei Brak standard adherents don't even hold that the Eidah Hachareidis is sufficiently machmir regarding shemittah as it pertains to Yibul Nachri and certain regions, and there are therefore those that will buy Rubin and Landau certified food but not Eidah. Just an example of how ranging the definitions of lechumrah are.)
