Prob one classy place and one more casual.
In terms of hasgacha, I would say higher than mehadrin but still unclear how complicated the situation is there
IMHO, add salt (and pepper, and whatever other flavor you like - and sesame seeds!):
Fleishig/fish:
Atza has great Chinese and sushi but is more casual. Also mobbed at specific times of day/week, but pleasant during quiet times.
Classy is harder. Entrecote is popular, but I personally didn't enjoy the food (maybe I ordered the wrong stuff). I heard good things about Red Heifer but never had the pleasure (also not sure about the hechsher).
Milchigs:
Doctor Pizza is now in Har Chotzvim, and during work hours will probably be quiet. This should be classified as casual but maybe they made the place nicer when they moved.
Ricotta across from Entrecote is classy. Skyline if you eat Rabbi Wiener.
Miro's falafel is the best in the country, IMHO. Casual.
