Not new, but haven't seen Ishtabach mentioned here, casual place near the shuk. Their main dish that they offer is a Syrian pastry that you chose the filling for.

I haven actually seen the teudah but a friend of mine told me its rabanut mehadrin now. However he had told me the Freddy had said that the actual food is still chassam sofer standards .
