Red heifer tonight. Skyline was voted down. Should've gone to skyline. Ordered rib eye. This is what I got. Nasty and grizzle riddled. Wuensch called me a liar and accused me of making things up. Not surprised (he did this me around three ago as well). Paid and left. Guess we can cross this place off the list. Wouldn't recommend at all. Will try skyline soon. Should've listened to you guys.

Was your steak hot when u got it?
I was there last week, and after waiting a while after finishing my app, the steak came out and was almost lukewarm. I asked the owner about it and he said it cane straight from the grill to my table....
Not to mention that it was cut in half horizontally, the top half was well done and the bottom half was prob medium or medium rare. Takes talent to do that....

While you're definitely entitled to your opinion (even if it may not have any basis in reality), I haven't really found anyone knowledgeable in this area who will agree with this.

Well here's someone who seems to agree somewhat..

Rabbanut Mehadrin in Jlem is more reliable than the badatz for Treumos Umaaseros IMO. Most (all?) of the hotels in Israel only use Mehadrin vegetables since the rabbanut is very strict on bugs and doesn't allow non gush Katif lettuce even if the mashgiach checks and washes it

Infantile fear mongering with irrelevant quotes aside, the Rabbanut gives Maaser Ani to the poor whereas the Badatz does not.

As long as they do hafrasha, what they do with it after has no bearing on the kashrus of the food, so completely irrelevant. What would be the reason to give or not give?

Nope. Not hot. Yeah it was ordered medium rare and the bottom part was burnt to a crisp as well.

its not a joint hashgacha.  The rabbanut is telling you  that the meat/ chicken they are using are either aguda( kehillos or she'eris IIRC)
