Theres something in Har Chotzvim, Rodrigez? Rubin, something in Center One (if it hasnt closed...) at the tachana merkazit end, not near the other eateries - eida. (both advertise themselves as higher end steakhouse style...)
Mifgash Haeish on Yirmiyahu is waiter service, not as high end as the first two.
La Casa in Geula is waiter lite style.
