I read it differently. It seems you are getting the membership for 60 days and 1 seat up to $1k for free, not unlimited flights during the promo period, as it was last time around.

Per JS sales associate, this is not valid if you held a trial with them before. - Does not say anything of this sort in T&C, but then again there ain't really T&C with JS.
