Very limited. Verizon has 3 Blackberries:Bold (newest one); Curve (essentially a cheaper and worse  Bold) and the buggy Storm which I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

Curve would be the best.

Why curve over bold?

I would personally go with the Bold because it has better battery life, better build and a better keyboard. I had both and didn't notice the Curve freezing less or more than the Bold.

Did not know that... AFAIK the bold is better quality and has better internals. I can only comment on the Sprint Curve though and that one had a noticeable difference from the bold (slower and felt not as well built, IMHO).

I know you asked about current BBs, but if you can hold out till the new ones are out (Sept./Oct.) it will be well worth it

I'm just wondering, does anyone know if we will be able to upgrade our BB's to OS 7?

Which BB do you have? I don't even know if the recent models will be upgradable, but the older ones definitely won't.

Seems like they will be. Releasing a single-core "super-smartphone" in 2012 is a joke.

Yup, they're tripping over themselves, they lost their agility and went from being the (technological) cutting-edge to playing catch-up with the big boys. Releasing QNX on a single-core (after promising a dual-core QNX) and ontop of that not supporting BES will be another nail in their coffin. This is after promsing that OS7 will be QNX based and postponing QNX to OS8.
