JETBLUE partners with Emirates?

I found on google matrix then confirmed it on jetblues website that I could book a trip from  NYC to MILAN (MXP) through jetblue..they use emirates as the carrier. Anyone know if I could use jetblue points to book a trip a trip like this? the website only displayed a cash price but wondering if can use jetblue points, and if so, how? thanks

Cannot redeem B6 on EK flights. Can only be redeemed on B6 or HA flights.
