not sure if its possible but was wondering if thats something you can buy second hand?  looking for a family card for 2 adults and 3 children.  not sure if this is attached to a name and/or passport number or not.  if it is i guess just ignore my post   thanks

Actually it's matmon.  It's a membership card for getting into national parks in Israel.
