Best Place To Buy Baby Items

First time parents need everything (crib, car seat, stroller, clothing, linen, etc.). Has anyone done it at Amazon? Target? Better to go to a local store? Please share your experiences. Thanks.

Amazon baby registry takes 15% off baby items for prime members. It includes items not usually discounted like high end strollers.

Baby r us for now as long as thier sale is going for all basic needs
Example saw Chico fit for 160 the one usually 220 in all other stores

PishPoshBaby.com for car seat, stroller and other gear. You can call them and they very often have good deals on open box items that are not posted on the website
