Does anyone know if the United will give you per passenger or its one 3080 payment per reservation. If yes how about a lap child do i get for that as well?

it's per pax. Not sure about lap child but I assume if he/she has their own ticket # you'll get as well

I know this post is over 3 years old but after it showed up on DDMS i figured it would be okay to post 

im back again...my return flight was delayed 7 hours (heres hoping for 8 hours though!)
I believe though if its between 5 and 8 hours you still get a refund on the ticket price just not the 3000 nis

I was booked on UA 91 on Oct. 4th 2021 and we got delayed over 12 hours, so i ended up just rebooking to UA 91 for Oct. 5th
(I don't remember if the flight was actually cancelled or not)
would I be eligible for compensation under Israeli law?

if you took the flight, you don't get a refund just the comp (3100nis)
