Got an email.from.someone I reached out to on Facebook a whole ago who offered to keep folks updated .
Hello,
I encourage you to file a thorough complaint about your experience with TPM with the Missouri State Attorney General.
It was reported today on a facebook group that so far the Missouri Attorney General's office has received 20 complaints about TPM. And the Attorney General's office is meeting with TPM's attorney next week and his attorney will likely file a bankruptcy.
About 6 weeks ago I filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office. If you need to upload additional documents, reach out to them by phone or email and they will direct you how to upload more documents.
Being a known creditor going into a bankruptcy case gives you some leverage, especially with the Missouri Attorney General's office behind you. No guarantees. Who knows what kinds of assets TPM / Mike Dean has?
Back in September I did contact nearly 2 dozen national class action focused law firms and found no one willing to take on the case, mostly because it was too small.
