Desktop Notifications Issue (Chrome / Windows 10)

I am subscribed to desktop notifications on DDMS, yet they are not appearing (they do appear for other sites).

Browser=Chrome
Op Sys = Windows 10

I have already tried deleting the Dans Deals notification and re-enabling - still not working.

Any ideas?

Telegram Desktop? Tried Edge?

i could do that...but my preferred browser is Chrome so i'd like to get it working there.
