I just flew Spirit from ACY to FLL. They misplaced my luggage and told us to buy interim items, which they will reimburse. They told us that we will be ok as long as we are under $3,500 per person. We went to town shopping and sent them the receipts.
They responded to my claim that anything over $150 needs to be dropped from the claim or sent to them and will then be refunded!!!
Anyone have any ideas?
