AAA legal defense reimbursement

Looks like they will pay if you fight a ticket with a  lawyer and win.
Has anyone used this?

Any cap on the number of times this can be used?

 Moving Traffic Violation: min classic $50/max $125 min plus $100/max $250

Question is, if you get a lawyer for $300 will they cover $250 of it?
Or anything over $250 they won't cover?
