If it's an open box and it was a GSM carrier and not an unlocked phone, it should say the carrier on the actual phone. Usually printed on the glass. Or the box should say.
 IMEI.info has lots about the phone once you put the IMEI number in.

Good question, really depends on the bands of the carrier you want to switch to.
     Good chance it will work, but not everywhere or everything.

Although Verizon uses the CDMA standard and not GSM, you still may be able to use your T-Mobile 4G LTE device on Verizon's LTE network, as they both run on the same spectrum - so LTE data should, theoretically, work fine. However, you may not be able to make or receive calls and texts, or access data over Verizon's 3G service.

Sprint is also a CDMA carrier, but runs its LTE network on a different band of spectrum than T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon. The company does accept certain 4G LTE devices from T-Mobile, but you'll need to check with a retail rep first.

Issue is I don’t have the box anymore but I’m selling it because I tried to activate it on Sprint’s network but they said it’s not compatible. So I needed to get another one, and this ones been sitting around for about 3 months until now I finally am clearing out my drawers

  Btw you should list it on Swappa for $649 or so as the lowest for that model is listed for $650 in mint condition.
And swappa charges $20, and paypal Is 2.9% of $629, which is $19 and then shipping for $5-8 with insurance.
   Walk away with $604-$610 When listing for that price.

 Have an established account or a handful of items I sold and been a member for quite some time.
  Better chance of selling vs a newly established account.

 So feel free to send me the pics and I can list it for you.
