Looking to borrow a car in lakewood July/ August. Will pay.
Any leads?
I'm 20, with 5 years of driving experience (LA) but no place will rent to me-- underage annoyingness :-[

did  you try the jewish car rentals? or hertz with USAA?

im pretty sure that new rental place advertises that they have a system for underage
