Yes the times changed on January 20, 2017. If Hillary was in office Harvey Weinstein would still be harassing and raping women too.

Obama praised Raul Castro, a murdering dictator.

"Former U.S. President Bill Clinton said he’s impressed by China President Xi Jinping’s corruption crackdown and reforms to the one-child policy," Another murdering dictator.

Times have only changed when its convenient for the narrative. The President, any one, makes calculated decisions on who to praise and in what context. The double standard is in play here, once again.

It's not so simple to say that what Obama said about Castro was praise. Trudeau praised Castro. Obama; not necessarily.
