Any idea if it make a difference if it's a new twitter account or one that has a bunch of followers? (or whatever it's called in twitter, never used it before)

Meh, I wish a had a translator who told me what Obama's saying every time he addresses the nation, like Ahmadinejad he sometimes speaks many words without actually saying anything substantial.

Like I like to say, it's all about being creative. I've found out that with the right technique even beating a deader-than-dead horse could pay off.

I'm not saying people should pursue this (especially if they don't have a plan), what I'm saying is that once this offer was dead (via CS) the smart people hit Twitter early before that died too.

Ugh. I guess I agree. But taking into account the amount of time that has expired since this dead was "officially" dead, combined with the fact that the longer the time that has expired likely means your account wasn't initially noted, I'd say the level of creativity would have to rise to immense proportions.

Personally, I still think (know?) there are tactics to get the 10k/user if one did the proper leg work before the hammer fell.
