CSR saying 5721 is not a valid bonus id? Possible they are they onto it? Or I got an incompetent CSR?

Same here. She told me (by the message service) that they don't have any such code in the system.

Nothing....I called back and got a diff CSR who knew what I was talking about...dont try to explain to the csr if they dont have it in their system. just speak to another csr

Is it wise to add people, who already have Amex cards, as my AU and then add myself as their AU to their Amex (i.e., put my wife on my platinum as an AU and then myself on her platinum as an AU)?

What about doing it on multiple cards (gold and platinum)?
