The US Supreme Court just announced that it has overturned the 1992 Quill Corp v. North Dakota ruling.
This ruling stipulated that online retailers only had to charge sales tax in the states where they physically operate.
It was very useful for Amazon purchases or the famous Sales Tax in NY (and NJ) that B&H has been so well known for.
Question now is, how long will it be before most states make online sales tax a requirement.
