Yep. All info was accurate, except for passport number. When I made the account, I made up the number. Before I sent in my passport, I changed the passport number on the account to reflect the one on my passport.
What steps did you take up until now?
Wow, just got the full 90k on new account after I got the "inconsistencies' email!
90k just posted, got initial response indicating as such last wednesday.Now, it looks like NO flights are available on their website...even form nyc to miami or toronto or LA for various dates.....strange
