I booked 10 OW various routes, IBZ-MAD, VGO-MAD, PMI-MAD (that one is in July, was going to be after the date award ticket would be used, but plans changed). Some of the others are in August, September, November and December.
So now I got the following email:
@ChaimMoskowitz is it OK to ask for a refund because the new flight schedule doesn't work for me?
On another note, I keep on getting these flight reminders from IB, which all make me feel like I should have doubled down on this deal. (Now using that term, I need to check with
@whYME whether it's OK to screw IB after they screwed so many people with hours spent and so much anxiety?)
