Amex prepaid reward card

I recieved an envelope from amex addresses to "to business owner" opened and had this inside. Is this a random gift from amex to amex biz plat cardholders?

DW has been receiving gifts the past few years. Not me. Not as nice as this. Mostly $150 "gift card" that's really a coupon to a store or service that we would never use.
