For banks with B&M branches Capital One 3.4% is the best, correct?
I guess it depends on how much you have and what other benefits of Robinhood gold you use, but if used exclusively for HYSA does the $5/monthly fee means you'd need about $1,450 (1450 X .0415 / 12 = $5) to cover the fee and about double that to beat a no fee 4% savings?
Much more. You would need $40k to cover the $5 fee and earn 4%.
Can't believe I miscalculated that thanks.
You didn't miscalculate it. You were actually right, this dude was hibernating in math class thinking $40K covers $60/year in fees. When $40K actually earns you $1660 in interest income minus $60 for fees. So 40K will net $1600.

I was invited to Vanguard Cash Plus a few months ago, where it was earning 3.5%+. It's now at 4.1%.But with a referral, my Marcus account is now earning 4.5% for the next 3 months.
How does that compare with CFG?
Does anybody want to refer me (or take a referral from me) for a Marcus Savings Account? you get an increased interest rate together with me. Please pm.
