not a good idea to close if it has an annual fee change it to a no annual fee card and leave it open. just dint use it.

For instance better to do;
Apply for ink Preferred 80K and then keep open for a year,
Now in the year time open a 2nd business card the ink unlmtd for 50k (which has no AF) and then after a year of the ink Preferred downgrade it to the ink unlmtd(now you will not ruin the bonus offer for this card as you got it previously that year.
Or will they not allow you to downgrade to a 2nd fee free ink? (don't see that as a problem).
Any other idea?

I know plenty of people that have done it recently with no issues. It depends on more risk factors than a 2BM.

All my 3 cards were shut down yesterday. Checking acct still active. Called numerous times, nobody has info. Keep saying I need to wait for the letter. Anybody here with luck reinstating? And how to go about this.

Did u have any charges that were related to the recent scams (streicher/sterling etc...)?
