When I open Access I want it to open with a table in a certain database. Is that possible. Using Access 2016.

Try the UPS store.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have a table that I need to update each month.  I pretty much need to import new data from excel and not replace the current data.  How can I do this?  Right now I just write over the prior data each month.

You want to update existing records or add new records to the existing table?

Add new records.  The existing records stay the same.

I'm using Access 2007 and the option cascade windows sometimes disappears and is very annoying do you know what causes it to be available, is there a way to make it should always be there?

Could it be that the whole Quick Access Toolbar is hidden? I don't have Access on the computer I'm on now but maybe there's a way to show/hide it?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

No, I forced it should show and it becomes grayed out (inactive).

The screenshot there doesn't show the Quick Access Toolbar for one of them
