What's good about Santander? Is their any specific benefits?
Very easy to avoid monthly fees. A nice amount of banks on the east coast. $225 sign up bonus

Could be it is not the correct thread but this is the most relevant I found.
I have a few checks not made out to me am I allowed to deposit it to my (Chase) account?

Under $500 shouldn't be a problem (they may take longer to process)

I personally find the service in Chase much better than WF (at least in the Lakewood branches) and I can't even have my BIL in the Kennedy Branch help me out with anything.

I just get frustrated every time I use them
Friendly Reminder

Every time I want to make a mobile deposit it tells me, 'the amount on check doesn't match with the amount you entered'

Is there a bank that allows someone under 18 to make an account online?

Doesn’t have to be a sophisticated account, just needs a account and routing number to deposit and withdraw Money.

Thanks
I think most banks allow accounts at age 17. I opened my first regular checking account at that age at Bank of America and it's still my primary account.

(not sure if this is the best place for this question):

I need a certified check (or cashier's check) for a deposit.
which bank will be my cheapest/quickest/easiest to get it done?

options:
Chase
Fidelity
Schwab
(BoA)

Fidelity and Schwab have B&M branches. I have no idea about cashier's or certified checks with them. FWIW, Fidelity does wires for free.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Why wouldn't they?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

stale check
You think they will enforce the 6-month rule? If so, then I would use the ATM to deposit.
