Looks kinda unrealistically ambitious if you ask me:

They plan to operate out of small private airports in major U.S. cities, and they claim you only have to show up 20 min before your flight.
The lower class (which they call First) will have 44 inches of seat pitch.
Premium class will be called Wave, and has custom Swiss-designed zero-gravity AÏANAWAVE seats that lie completely flat.
Choice of a cut of beef, lamb, chicken, duck or fish cooked by an onboard chef. Fresh sushi and sashimi menu.

With a $100 membership, prices start at $280 for a one-way between Atlanta and Chicago. I imagine prices skyrocket for their 'Wave' class, or for your choice cut of meat

Also, according to Aura's website,: there's a one-time initiation fee of $700 and a monthly fee of $250, but if you sign up before July, sign up before July 31, 2018, you pay no initiation fee plus your monthly membership will be $100/month for life. Joining before July 31 requires a 1-time deposit of $100, and they don't start billing the $100/month membership until after your first flight. (Sounds like they won't bill until your first flight even if they're operation flights for a while before you fly.)

Is anyone here going to sign up by July 31 to take advantage of the savings of the $700 initiation fee plus a savings of $150/month for life?

Something tells me that @Dan is quietly making a $100 deposit right now, if he hasn't a long time ago . It's not such a big investment even if one intends on trying their service just once, as presumably you can take one flight when they launch and then cancel your membership after the first month, which means the total cost is $100 deposit+$100 for one month of membership+flight cost.
