2 nights available for sale at the dead sea AUGUST 14-15 or 16-17

I booked 4 nights and am looking to sell 2 of them. Either the 14-15th of August or the 16th-17th of August.  (You can't book these dates anymore on the spg website) (DEAD SEA, LE MERIDIEN)

Is it 2 separate 2 day stays, or one long 4 day stay?

Btw, does anyone know if I book a 5 night stay somewhere, and decide to give the last night or 2 to somebody else, if a hotel will accomodate the new person by giving him a fresh new room?

one long stay. and yes they will totally clean the room in middle of the stay if you ask them to.
