Tried on a non prime account no luck there, interesting that an account which had the prime trial and wasn't actively a prime member was targeted with all these amex coupons.

Ive had the same experience. No non-prime accounts worked with the code

Yup , maxed at 2 per account, the code worked for accounts which were not targeted and having worked with the code(prime accounts).

 Dan makes no reference that it works more then twice,
You can use the promo on multiple items and multiple orders until you reach $100 in total savings, but many people have been able to click to activate the promo again after reaching $100 in savings!

Used this 2x today. I noticed that for some of the amazon deals it applies to the pre-discount price, and for others, to the post-discount price. For example, the Fire TV Stick.

The regular price is $39.99, the Prime Day Price is $19.99. When I applied the Amex point promo, it took off $8 (20% of 40) and not the expected $4, so now it was $12+tax!
